Seller Terms and Conditions

The Mellegaard Group (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") sells data center technology hardware and software solutions. We are based at 5137 W Andrea Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85083. These Terms apply to all sales to businesses or individuals ("you" or "Buyer").

• When you order, we'll confirm by email.

• All orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable unless explicitly allowed in writing.

• Prices are in US Dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated otherwise.

• All orders are subject to availability and with delivery expectations.

• Pay using credit card, bank wire or ACH transfer.

• Full payment is due within 15 days unless written authorization is permitted.

• Late payments may add 1.5% interest per month.

• We will strive to provide as much information on delivery dates when available from the manufacture. Delays due to weather, strikes, or other issues beyond our control aren't our fault—we'll work to resolve them quickly.

• Warranties are provided by the manufacture in their support agreements. EXCEPT AS STATED, GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.

• We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or data.

• Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

• Nothing here limits liability for death, injury from negligence, or fraud.

• If something unexpected (like a natural disaster or supply shortage) prevents us from delivering, we'll notify you and work to fix it. We won't be in breach if it's truly out of our control.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes go to courts in Arizona.

• We may update these Terms. We'll post changes here and notify you by email for big ones. Continued orders mean you accept the updates.
